Forest Service Roads

Generally our rides are in areas which utilize mining and other use access roads and trails. Occassionally, we may want to travel on a Forest Service Road. To do this, there are a few legal requirements that must be met.

Following is the paper trail that verifies you can be covered.

All references to a motor vehicle include an ATV. An ATV is considered to be a motor vehicle by definition.

The Forest Service Road Use Regulation requires that your motor vehicle must have third party liability insurance of at least $200,000 and carry written evidence and be able to produce that evidence on demand. Forest Service Road Use Regulation
